UDM19 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide for Malaysia

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "UDM19" refers to the online betting platform operating under the domain udm19.site and all services provided thereunder.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the UDM19 platform.
• "Platform" refers to the UDM19 website, mobile application, and all associated digital infrastructure.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total credits available in a member's UDM19 account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional credits, free cash, free spins, or other benefits granted by UDM19 to members through various promotions.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the cumulative wagering amount a member must meet before a bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal as cash.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required to confirm a member's personal information.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the process of transferring funds from a member's UDM19 account balance to their digital wallet or local bank account.

Any term not defined herein shall be interpreted according to its ordinary meaning within the context of online betting services and applicable Malaysian law.

To be eligible to register and use the UDM19 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old at the time of account registration.
• Be a resident of or accessing the platform from Malaysia, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Is not on any self-exclusion list or court-ordered ban from using betting platforms.
• Not registering on behalf of another individual or acting as a proxy for an ineligible party.

Each individual is only permitted to hold a single UDM19 account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious violation of these terms.

Members are responsible for keeping their personal information up to date whenever changes occur. udm19 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the member.

UDM19 reserves the right to conduct KYC verification at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals that exceed a specified threshold. Members who fail to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe may have their withdrawal access temporarily suspended.

UDM19 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods only:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet – processing time under 1 minute
• GrabPay – processing time under 1 minute
• DuitNow – processing time 1–2 minutes
• FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks – processing time 1–3 minutes
• ShopeePay – processing time under 1 minute
• Boost – processing time under 1 minute

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM30. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though additional limits may apply based on account tier or compliance requirements. All deposits must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

Members must use payment methods registered in their own name. The use of payment methods belonging to another person or third party is prohibited and may result in account suspension. UDM19 is not liable for any failed, delayed or erroneous transactions caused by payment service providers.

Winnings may be withdrawn from your UDM19 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• The account must have completed basic verification (full name and phone number) for standard withdrawals.
• Withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 requires full KYC verification, including a valid copy of your MyKad or passport.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a method that has been registered and verified under the member's name.
• Any bonus that has not met the rollover requirement is not eligible for withdrawal until the rollover condition is fully satisfied.

UDM19 processes withdrawals within 15–30 minutes to digital wallets and 1–3 hours to a local Malaysian bank account for standard amounts. Withdrawals that require manual review may take up to 24 hours. No withdrawal fees are charged for standard transactions.

UDM19 reserves the right to suspend or decline any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to believe the winnings were obtained in breach of these terms, including but not limited to the use of bots, collusion or bonus abuse.

UDM19 offers various bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each respective offer. The general terms that apply to all UDM19 bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus has its own rollover requirement that must be met before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Rollover requirements typically range from 10x to 30x, depending on the type of bonus.
• Bonuses may only be used within the validity period stated. Any bonus that expires will be automatically forfeited.
• Each member is entitled to each bonus once only, unless stated otherwise in the respective promotional terms.
• UDM19 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly converted to cash before the rollover requirement is met.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts, placing opposing bets to meet rollover requirements, or using other manipulative methods — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account termination.

All games offered on the UDM19 platform — including Sports Betting, poker, lottery, slots, and Live Casino — are governed by the industry-standard rules set out specifically within each respective game section. The general rules that apply across all games on UDM19 are as follows:

• All game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) independently certified for RNG-based games, or determined by real-world events for Sports Betting.
• Outcomes confirmed by the UDM19 system are final and binding, and may not be disputed except in cases of demonstrable technical error.
• For Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet, unless the bet is voided by UDM19 for a valid reason (e.g., match cancelled, postponed, or not completed per minimum requirements).
• UDM19 reserves the right to void and refund any bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from technical errors or human error, regardless of whether the outcome is already known at the time of cancellation.
• Any bet placed after an event has started (for non-live betting) or after the designated time limit for lottery tickets has passed will be considered void and automatically cancelled with a full refund.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the UDM19 platform and may result in immediate account suspension or termination, cancellation of all balances and winnings, and legal action where applicable:

• Identity fraud: Registering under another person's name, providing false information, or concealing your true identity during the KYC process.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account, whether personally or through another person.
• Poker collusion: Communicating or colluding with other players at the same table to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated software (bots): Using any automated software, scripts, or programs to play or make decisions in any game on UDM19.
• Bonus abuse: Any method designed to obtain bonuses beyond their intended limits, including through multiple accounts or opposing bets placed across accounts.
• Money laundering: Using the udm19 platform as a channel to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds obtained through unlawful means.
• Use by ineligible parties: Allowing a minor or any ineligible individual to access or use your account.
• Technical manipulation: Attempting to exploit any technical bugs, system loopholes, or odds errors for unfair advantage.

UDM19 operates an automated detection system active 24/7 to monitor suspicious gameplay patterns and transactions. If suspicious activity is detected, UDM19 reserves the right to suspend the account immediately while an internal investigation is carried out.

Termination by Member: You may close your UDM19 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or by emailing support@udm19.site. Before the closure is processed, all eligible balances (excluding any bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirement) will be returned to the registered payment method.

Termination by UDM19: UDM19 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account, with or without prior notice, if:

• The member has violated any part of these terms and conditions.
• Information provided during registration or KYC is found to be false or misleading.
• Account activity showing signs of fraud, collusion, or money laundering.
• A member uses automated software or other means to manipulate gameplay.
• A member threatens, abuses, or harasses the UDM19 customer support team.
• Account termination may be required by law or upon instruction from a relevant regulatory authority.

In cases where an account is terminated due to a breach of these terms, UDM19 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Should the investigation confirm that the funds were legitimately obtained, the eligible balance will be returned to the member.

UDM19 strives to keep the platform running smoothly at all times; however, we cannot guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or entirely free of technical disruptions.

UDM19 is not liable for:

• Any loss of winnings or losses arising from technical failures, internet disruptions, or service interruptions beyond udm19's control.
• Bet outcomes affected by data lag due to the member's own internet connection.
• Financial losses resulting from unauthorised access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence in safeguarding their password.
• Any financial decision made by a member based on statistical or analytical information provided by UDM19 is done so at the member's own discretion, as such information is intended as a guide only.
• Third-party content or services whose links or references may appear on the platform.

In the event of a technical error that affects a game outcome, UDM19 will conduct an immediate investigation and, depending on the findings, either uphold the original result or void the bet with a full refund. UDM19's decision in such matters is final.

UDM19 is fully committed to protecting the personal data of all members in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) Malaysia 2010. The collection, processing, and storage of members' personal data is carried out in accordance with UDM19's Privacy Policy, which can be read in full on the Privacy Policy us.

In summary, UDM19's core commitments regarding members' personal data are:

• Members' personal data is collected for legitimate purposes only — including account management, payment processing, legal compliance, and service improvement.
• UDM19 does not sell, rent, or share members' personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without the member's explicit consent.
• Members have the right to access, correct or request deletion of their personal data by contacting UDM19 through official support channels.
• All data is stored on servers protected by encryption and strict access controls.

UDM19 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. All amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this page, unless a specific effective date is stated otherwise.

UDM19 will endeavour to notify members of any material amendments via email or in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before those amendments take effect. However, continued use of the UDM19 platform following any amendment will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

Members are encouraged to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically. The most recent update date is always displayed at the top of this document to help members track any changes that have been made.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the UDM19 platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between the member and UDM19.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days from the date it was first reported in writing, both parties agree to refer the matter to arbitration, to be conducted in Malaysia in accordance with the applicable rules.
